The reality is the government is usually good at meeting you, BUT where they fall short is telling you all of the benefits you are eligible to receive. They know that what you do not claim, you will not get. Therefore, it is important to properly document all claims in order to maximize your benefits. Businesses are entitled to receive a wide range of assistance and payments and we often say a claim is like a tax return in that the claim is supported, and must be supported, by proper documentation. If the business does not know how to document their claim and fails to assert all eligible aspects of the business move they do not get paid for it.
